Brussels Airlines is in the process of reconfiguring its fleet of Airbus A330s with new interiors. Along with installing a refreshed business-class product, Brussels has taken this opportunity to add a brand-new premium economy cabin on the reconfigured planes. I flew Brussels Airlines' new business-class earlier this summer and wasn't all that impressed. Would my I wish I could give them 0 stars. They charged me 140 Euros for no reason. They told me I could cancel within 24 hours for a full refund, which I did after finding out they could not accommodate my dog, only to find myself at a screen charging me 140 Euros to cancel. I called and waited on hold for several hours just for them to tell me that they would get in contact with me --- they never did. FURTHERMORE, THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED ANYWAYS. Please do yourself a favor and do not book this airline. Please get back to me ASAP Brussels. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections. In February, I have booked a flight from Milan to Bristol with a stop in Brussels to travel on 15th of April. On 12 of March, a flight from Brussels to Bristol was cancelled, so I have requested a refund on the same day. It's been 6 days now, I haven't received a refund from the Brussels Airlines or any letter from them. Furthermore, a flight from Milan to Brussels was cancelled today(23/03/2020) and Brussels Airlines do not offer an option to refund it. Took a flight to London with Brussels Airlines via Brussels in September - luggage arrived three days after me and the night before Leaving.
